IT Bands can be removed (I hope) I am waiting for a surgery date. I was

told the ITB was a stabalizer but later my surgeon said although I will not have

more mobility after the surgery ( I didn't expect to) that I should not lose

mobility. I " m not really mobile now, but I did expect it to get worse. I will

explain more about what my hip problem is if you would like but if you don't

mind I would like to do it off list. It's not that I mind telling people

because that is why we are all here to share, it's just that there is a lot of

guessing on the dr's parts and some things are not 100%. I wish my pain was

only an annoyance like you siad it is for some mine is definetly debilitating.
