Thanks for the feedback..and yeh, you're right about the mercury.

Duh. I will ask my ins, but have been told B/C of CA used to cover

but no longer does. But it's worth the ask, and perhaps an appeal or

two. Why not?

Can I ask...new guy that I am...what's C+?
