It happened last night. We're told Jesus " Chuy " Patlan was driving down 5 Mile and Inspiration in Alton. Authorities say an ambulance hit vehicle, throwing him onto the street. The 25-year-old died at the scene. Patlan was the co-owner of Excalibur Medical Services. The ambulance involved in the accident is owned by Pro-Medic.
