Depends on how much you take; it's 'dose dependent' as they say. If

you do the typical 1.5g/day it'll be probably 2 weeks or so. I do

3g/day and it just takes a few days to feel better. You should also

take cod liver oil; I ran out of that and couldn't figure out why I

was hurting so much again, even with the GS. till I read about the

effect of cod liver oil on inhibiting cartilage breakdown. I stocked

up again and once again my pain is liveable, until the FDA gets on

the stick and approves surface replacement and I can get my

insurance to pay for it. C'mon already!
