uk hippies

dear all

when i had my bhr done 10 months ago there were very few hippies in

uk to chat to who had similar experiences and from recent postings it

appears there are a few more now........i just wondered if anyone had

organised a meet, I would love to meet up with some of you and

compare scars!! hehee only joking.

ps also wonder if any of you out there are running post op and how

you find it! Im running with no problems but am consistently

surrounded by people who say i shouldnt, i dont know if any of you

feel the same, when you have had pain for so long and then you dont

you just want to do all those things you couldnt before.

pps some people suggested cycling but i`m frightened I fall

off.......which is worse surely

Whats with all the southern bias?

Think we might have to start a northern branch of the UK Hippies.

I'm in Cumbria (North Pennines/Eden Valley so not millions of miles

from middlesborough) kind of halfway across the country from east to

west!
