I can vouch for this treatment....my therapist did this on me after delivery

of my son, eliminating all the so-called heartburn I suffered during

pregnancy. Also, a lot of doctors prescribe many of these heartburn meds

assuming that

people have excess stomach acid, when the reverse is often true. As we age,

our bodies produce LESS acid, not more, so meals go undigested longer,

resulting in a buildup of decaying matter in stomach and intestines. Same

symptoms,

different reasons! I gave up the Tums and substituted digestive enzymes and

haven't had a single episode of heartburn in 16 years.
