Guest guest
For the past few weeks I have been taking something called D.E. (Diatomaceous Earth). I take a rounded tablespoon full in a glass of water, stir it in well and down the hatch it goes. I am going to forward 6 fairly long emails to you which explain the benefits of it. Some of you might have already heard of it. I got mine on eBay, you *must* get food grade. It isn't expensive at all, and drinking it is no hardship...it is a little gritty (which is why Robbin doesn't like it and pretty much refuses to take it. I sometimes mix some in with his dinner *sshhhhh*) I am willing to be the group "guinea pig", so far so good. ~*~Hugs~*~ ~*~Akiba~*~ Pragmatic Visionary http://www.affiliates-natural-salt-lamps.com/pages/156.php
Guest guest
What is your reason for taking DE? I have a 50 lb. bag of it sitting on my back porch. We feed it to the chickens and ducks to keep them from having parasites:) hugs SharonThis email is a natural hand made product. The slight variations in spelling and grammar enhance its individual character and beauty and in no way are to be considered flaws or defects. Guest guest
My reasons are basically the proposed health benefits (and some weight loss would be a plus). And to answer your other Q (in another email) I don't suffer from constipation so really can't say, I have good "movements" (TMI?) Make SURE that 50 lb bag IS "food grade" before you try it. I put some in a glass of water (I use 1 rounded tablespoon) and stir briskly, then chug it. Some people put it in juice, some in coffee (I'd think that would take care of constipation right there), it depends on how well you tolerate the taste (or non-taste) I guess. ~*~Hugs~*~ ~*~Akiba~*~ Pragmatic Visionary http://www.affiliates-natural-salt-lamps.com/pages/156.php -- OK...time for another 'fess up For the past few weeks I have been taking something called D.E. Guest guest
I will have to look at my bag but since it's from the feed store it probably isn't food grade. But I'll look:)hugs SharonThis email is a natural hand made product.
