What foods aggravate copper? My son is allergic to 21 different

foods and sensitive to more as well. What foods would one avoid if

it were a copper issue?

Hi Annie,

My son also was complaining of headache which lasted for more than 2

weeks. It started soon after he had flu (and was on antibiotics). He

had it mostly on top of his nose between his eyes and above his eyes

as well. This is supposed be a sinus headache and probably some

membrane was blocked in his nose (because he suffered from blocked

nose esp. at nights and couln't sleep because of that). The doctor

then put him on Zyrtec and it seemed to help somewhat.

Did you start any new supplements recently? It could also be some die

off effect (my son had headaches when I started him on olive elaf

extract and probiotics).

I'm not sure if this has helped you.

My daughter had suddenly started complaining of headaches just before

we ran an OAT and found out she had bacteria. Within about a week of

starting Culturelle she did not complain of one again. The only time

she gets a headache now is if her sinuses are aggrevated. I believe

someone on here- maybe-is also using MSM for headaches. My

daughter is taking a tiny dose of MSM twice a day so that could

contribute to keeping her headaches away-not sure.

I get headaches from nitrates/nitrites in processed meats, artificial

colors/flavors, and yeast.

If the glasses are not adjusted correctly, that can cause headaches.

But if his headaches started before he got the glasses, then you

should consider other factors.
