The Department of State Health Services Office of EMS/Trauma Systems

Coordination (OEMS/TS) has updated the list of potentially eligible

911-Providers for the FY 12 EMS Allotments/Allocations. This Provider

list is current as of September 20, 2011. If you have recently sent an

update request, check the Provider list for accuracy. Please send your

request for changes by September 30, 2011.

EMS Allotments/Allocations consists of the EMS and Trauma Care System

Account (911 fund), the Emergency Medical Services, Trauma Facilities,

and Trauma Care System Fund (1131 fund) and the Designated Trauma

Facility and Emergency Medical Services Fund (3588 fund). If you are a

Texas licensed EMS Provider providing 911 and/or emergency transfer

service you may be eligible for funding through the EMS

Allotments/Allocations (also referred to as EMS/County funding). Check

the Excel sheet at the following link for your organization's name

and contract status.
