, did you copy Barb on your message? Mike can't read his

email right now except for a few times a day. Let Barb know you need

him.

For the headache, try either these acupressure points: the GB 20's

one finger outside of the spine at the base of the skull, pushing up

into the occipital ridge, while at the same time holding the two

points in the forehead that are one finger width above your eyebrow,

directly over the center of your eye. This is using acupressure.

You can access the same points using polarity by placing the palm of

one hand on your forehead and the palm of your other hand at the

base of the skull. I tend to use my right hand in back and myleft

hand in front.

For sinus problems I use the points on the cheek that are directly

below the center of the eye, below the cheekbone, pushing up into

the cheek bone. In addition, you can use the points at the bridge

of the nose between the eyes as well as along the side of the nose

and just below that on the upper lip. There are eight points

total. I would use them all.

Not sure of points to use for the other off the top of my head.

Will see if I can check some of those enroute and get back to you,

but try the above ones for now.
