The proposed rules for Chapter 98 (HEALTHCARE-ASSOCIATED INFECTIONS -

HAI reporting) were posted today to the web site below. The rules have

been posted for a 30 day public comment period. The proposed rules for

mandatory HAI reporting begin on page 9471.
