I hope she's doing well, too.  She has a lot of chronic conditions, too.  She also has diabetes, so I'm worried about her incision healing well.  I don't need my cane all that often either.  Last night was the first time I'd used it in a year.

I don't know much about Bat Masterson, but I know OF him!He does real good in situations where he needs to keep an eye on me.  It's when he gets frustrated because he wants more stuff done at home than I can do is where the problem is.  :)

I just turned 60 and was feeling a little bummed about it.  Then my niece told me '60 is the new 30':)  lol  I hope your mom-in-law is doing great!

When I first started needing a cane I didn't really need it all the time.  I found a purple flowered folding cane!  That way I could carry it in my purse and pull it out when I needed it.  It was so much fun because it unfolded kind of automatically.  I felt like Bat Masterson.  You are probably too young to know who that was.  lol

It sounds like your hubby is doing much better understanding MS now.  Good news!hugs Sharon

Gene Barry was the epitome of suave and culture in the old west of yore on TV – he made an impression on an impressionable young girl in the Bible Belt of Oklahoma back in the day Bat Masterson was great From: MSersLife [mailto:MSersLife ] On Behalf Of Tina SchmidtSent: Saturday, July 02, 2011 10:23 PMTo: MSersLife Subject: Re: Tina....folding canes and Bat Masterson!!.......(was).Re: your plans for the weekend?
