ITLS  $150--does not include the textbook; I have ITLS books I can loan to 

students.

PHTLS and AMLS $185 -- does not include the textbook; I have AMLS books I 

can loan to students.  I am out of the PHTLS books.

The instructor Courses for PHTLS and AMLS  $75 each.  If the Instructor 

candidate is not a current AMLS or PHTLS provider they will pay $185 

(furnish own book) + $75 (we provide the Instructor/Coordinator Manual on 

CD).
