Job Summary This job is responsible for ensuring quality oversight for all clinical related operations (3 operational service areas / 20+ ambulance units / 100+ field clinicians) while adhering to federal and state statures. Provides leadership for a culture of clinical excellence. II. Job Relationships Reports to: Executive Director Workers Supervised: Clinical Supervisors, Field Training Officers, Clinical Educators Interrelationships: Operations, General Managers, Communications, Materials Management, Hospital and facility clientele. III. Qualifications - Certified or Licensed Paramedic in the State of Texas, with a minimum of 10 years diversified Emergency Medical Services (EMS) experience. - Minimum of 3 years experience working as an EMS educator - Minimum of 3 years managerial / supervisory experience - Critical Care / Specialty Care experience highly beneficial - Bachelor's degree preferred - Texas RN license highly desirable - TDSHS EMS Instructor and / or Coordinator certification preferred - Demonstrated positive interpersonal and communication skills with colleagues, patients, facilities, and families. - Strong communication and leadership skills with a willingness to lead by example - Proficiency in computer related programs (MS Office, Zoll RescueNet) Interested parties may submit resume's and letter's of interest to: Executive Director, NorthStar EMS, 2022 Humble Place Dr., Humble, Tx. 77338 or fax to: Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
