Hey Lana,

I'm pretty sick today with Larry's cold. Saw Ortho today, he won't increase

my Oxycontin, he wants an ACL brace for my right knee, refused the

wheelchair. Gave me a referral for a Dr. that specializes in hip

arthroscopic surgery and repair as he does not do that. He will write a

letter to my insurance company saying this is medically necessary, so they

must provide it for me to go out of plan, then we'll do both knees after the

hip is done. I just told him OK but no surgery this summer or early Fall. I

wanted a break, and allow my shoulders to heal. He said that would be GREAT

with him! I still need alot more strength in the right shoulder and arm

still, it had the Bicep repair and rotator cuff repair in Jan.

As for Pooh Pooh, we're gonna do a sonogram on her belly sometime in the

next couple of weeks. It's hard to deal with so soon after Scooter died in

Jan too!

How's your neck this week? How's ? I just don't feel like reading all

the mail right now.

HORRIBLE today, . I woke at 3 am with a migraine and a horribly sore

neck, with nothing to attribute it to except sleeping. Crap! I stayed home

from work and slept until 12:30 p.m. I finally got rid of the HA. I went

to therapy today and she did do a treatment, but couldn't get all the

'knots' or whatever out. She said she could probably get the rest Friday.

I had Mike rub my neck tonight - it still hurts. I pray I don't wake up

with another migraine tomorrow! This cervical stenosis is the shits.sorry

for the bad language, but that's exactly how I feel!

I sent you an email that Sis sent to me - did you get it? She's doing a

little better, and will be going to the nephrologists this coming Friday. I

told her to call me afterwards.

I hope we BOTH get to feeling better soon, ! It's horrible not to feel

good all the time!
