Guest guest
Hi , I'm 56, in good health but had not been active for almost two years, except working. Walking and stationary bike too painful, and the arthritis class at the local Y pool was too cold. I was seen by JRI internist (Tower Pulmonary) who okayed me for bilat anesthisia. I was under 4.5+ hours due to the extensive damage on the left. The left was first so I was on my right side longer than the left for the surgery. Dr. S told me every morning " You are not a sick person. Get out of bed and do as much as I feel I can do. " I can bend 120 degrees. I am walking with two crtuches about 1/2 block twice a day. I feel wonderful!! I'm so glad I had them both done!!!! Pamela bilat C+ 5/10/2004 Dr. S
