Guest guest
MSer's This is embarrassing but here goes. Oh so slowly my crowns have been coming off. They are root-canalled teeth I figured when I had the $$ eventually just wait until all the crowns fall off I'll get dentures. With all the cortisone these last years. I also had what the dentist called "fractured" tooth syndrome. One time MANY years ago I had "bells palsy" and fractured 2 molars because I didn't realise until the pain set in and my tooth problems started. I can't keep putting this off although they don't hurt I'm afraid I could end up with endocarditis. Now, just to find a dentist here since I've moved and start the process. It will be a new face and have to do this!!! Many Healing Hugs, Terri
Guest guest
..Terri, go ahead with it and no need to feel embarrassed here. I already told you I had mine out and if you had looked at my real teeth, you'd wonder what the heck was I doing. Your health is what matters most and the possibility of endocarditis is real and should be a motivator. Besides we'll love ya if you got fake boobs, fake butt a la Pippa, or whatever .... hugs, Cait This is embarrassing...Terri MSer's This is embarrassing but here goes. Guest guest
Nothing embarrassing about it! All kinds of reasons for bad teeth, and autoimmune diseases contribute a LOT. I've got a top denture, mostly due to a very bad dentists who kept telling me that the tooth I said was a problem was NOT a problem. DO what you need to do! Holding on to " real " teeth ain't worth constant pain, or heart problems! in WY Practical Blackwork Designs http://practicalblackwork.com http://practical-blackwork.blogspot.com " You get a wonderful view from the point of no return... Guest guest
I had all mine taken out, and dentures done about 6 months after my MS diagnosis. I had already had multiple root canals, my teeth were just a mess, partially caused by dry mouth from the meds I've been on since 2001. When I went to my new dentist, he took the xrays of my teeth, and all but four needed work done. Medicaid in a lot of circumstances won't pay for root canals (like for molars), only for the tooth to be pulled. So all my teeth came out at once. Tina ..Terri, go ahead with it and no need to feel embarrassed here. I already told you I had mine out and if you had looked at my real teeth, you'd wonder what the heck was I doing.
