If you find an alternative route, that is better, then....yes....I will have to agree with that. But in EMS,....NOTHING is routine....I can take a dialysis pt, to and fro for years,........all of a sudden he goes into respiratory distress/failure. While I am not looking, and busy filling out a run sheet....I hear something out of the ordinary,.... now....in the blink of an eye, I am in a 911 situation. Ehhhh.....I'm gonna have to call.....
