Well I got a pair of crutches so at least I wasn't trying to walk on

the bad hip. They don't take all the pain away by any stretch, but

certainly made getting around a little easier. We will know not to

wait so long the next time won't we.

muscle loosening in a swimming pool??? (I go to water aerobics and

my hip always feels better afterwards because of the gentle

stretching) Susie in Memphis

Try extended release paracetamol tablets....they are safe, do not

damage the hip, and they work!
