Guest guest
Hi -Lou! It's a gas, isn't it! I just got back from soccer practice and while I'm nowhere near back to former form I've also found that running and crosstraining with pilates, yoga, aerobics, sculpt, etc helped speed recovery of body as well as the all important mind. It sounds as though you're right where you should be with things. Congrats on your upcoming 10k! I personally always hated anything over 5k but always had a great deal of admiration for those of you who could handle it! Wear your medal with great pride! Take care!
