Exposure and White act

Looking for somebody who has experience with White act regarding and

exposure.

For example: Police officer is stuck with a needle when going through items of

an arrestee. Said arrestee has now been released. How do I go about getting a

blood sample for testing? I also have a similar case with FD member with

exposure to multiple patients and some were released from hospital without being

tested.

Any help would be appreciated.
