Okay, to start - have some mild Reynaud's, hands and feet have alwaysturned red or blue with heat or cold - used to be much worse when I smoked.Add in - IT-band pain in left leg, loss of normal sensation in outerhalf of left hand. Have been noticing that hot water - shower, washingdishes, etc- makes the weird sensations in the left hand worse.So anyway, haven't been able to get in tub because of left leg, but lastnight a shower just wasn't working for muscle spasms. I sat on edge of tubwith feet in water, pouring hot HOT water over my legs with a big measuringcup.I noticed that my left hand was BLUE - all except the "weird sensation"area, which was bright red, with a clear line of demarcation down the backof my hand from between the ring and middle fingers to the wrist, likesomeone marked it off with a ruler!
