Better yet, get the Gach book on acupressure and learn the acupressure

points that stops a nosebleed in seconds!! I had the most severe nosebleed

ever in my life last year and Dad stopped in almost immediately (once I

finally had Kerry call him for help). He got one last week in Ecuador from

the altitude. It started in the hotel lobby and by the time the elevator

reached the 7th floor he'd gotten it stopped.
