I have a question and request.

Question: Does FERPA apply to card courses such CPR, ACLS and others? I have

some folks wanting to know the exam scores of their employees.

Request: Would someone send me a job description for an EMS Instructor? I am

working with a borrowed computer that doesn't have my files on it, and am typing

with one arm due to shoulder surgery and any help is greatly appreciated. The

job description can be emailed to eddiewalker55@....

Thanks.

Eddie

On the Question: I don't think this is a FERPA issue, as the employer has no

right of in loco parentis, and these employees are most probably over 18 if

they're taking EMS card classes. Were these courses paid for by the employer?
