Guest guest
We have an assortment of barn cats and kittens of several ages, but all the rest are tabby! Himself did go out again last night and first thing this morning, though, looking for any more little lost souls. Everybody else seems to be where they belong... #1 Granddaughter has suggested " Kisa " , which means interesting stuff in a number of languages - and quite a lot of it applies to her! Now just have to teach her not to think her name is Owyouspikylittlebugger. (Himself found this in the yard last night) ,….if she is that young you might look around to see if there are others and if she strayed from the litter wherever it might be? Under the house? Barn? Shed? She’s a cutie alright, but how did she end up in your yard being so tiny and teeth just coming in [really young] ? Just a thought! So what’s her name gonna be? I had Siamese cats once upon a time. Beautiful cats! Hugs Jackie

Guest guest
Ouch! I guess I should say all OUR cats are good cats... ;-D We do have a couple that chew on us, but it's just love nibbles (and possibly tasting to see if we are fit to eat)... We do have one old cat who has never EVER wanted anything to do with any other cat. Now that she's really old and doesn't move around much, she's taken to living on the dryer in the laundry room, from whence she hisses and spits at everybody else. Guest guest
Oh, she's adorable! Just watch out, albinos can be deaf - we had a deaf cat once - not because of the albino thing, but because of the former owners not paying attention. Poor thing didn't know how loud he was, so his meows and purrs were LOUD. He was one of the sweetest cats I ever had. Guest guest
She's not albino, just the flash on my camera... :-D And she can hear. Guest guest
Cats LIKE to sleep! :-) We just close the bedroom door, only one sleeps with us - and he is not aware of BEING a cat... I'm assuming kee-sah, that would be the most universal. Though it might be kee-SHAH in Serbian, where it means rain shower (again appropriate since we found her after a big rainstorm!) Guest guest
Ah, so that means she was dropped off, and so young. L We had that happen once when we were living in the country up on the Island. We only had 2 cats, one a Sylvester type, and the other a Himalayan Siamese, and both of them did not like the newcomer. He was a sweet sweet guy, and we ended up giving him to someone else. I had an expectant momma dog, and wasn’t sure how many puppies she was carrying. Turned out to be 6, but 1 died. So we ended up with 2 cats, and 7 dogs for a while. Seems like no matter what you name a pet as time goes on other names get added! Lol… hugs Jackie -----Original Message-----From: MSersLife [mailto:MSersLife ] On Behalf Of ThallasSent: Tuesday, August 30, 2011 3:59 PMTo: MSersLife Subject: RE: Surprise! It's a girl! Guest guest
Yeah when they are older, but all my cats liked to do acrobats throughout the house which made a lot of noise. I don’t think I ever had a mellow cat since Freckles and that was years ago. She slept with me, but then I wasn’t so needy for sleep then. We had a foster older cat a few years ago, and she was so use to being fed at 5 am, well I don’t get up until 6 am, and so she would jump at the door to try and get me up. We weren’t allowed to keep her outside, so we had to give her back. I like the sound of Kee-shah, and how fitting since she was found after the rain. Good choice, smart granddaughter!
