Guest guest
From: Debbi Brown What did you " figure out " seeing the new pictures? I am so curious because my IT band at the butt/hip area is a real bother asyou know. Just wondering if you came up with anything else that you have not mentioned to me before. ~~~ For some reason that particular view...well it was the side view and also sort of the front and bit to the side view, being pictured side by side that seemed to make it easier for me to visualize what was going on with that area ----that it was actually the IT band slipping rather than the hip alone that was " going out " . And since for years I didn't even realize the IT band went up as far as the hip --until I read it on the list a few months back, it didn't occur to me to even think it could be the culprit. It makes more sense that what I feel at the side of my hip when leaning forward, or when standing and lean to the side would be from a loose IT band slipping. Guess I couldn't picture where the IT Band really was in relationship to the rest of the hip anatomy. (DUH, me!) Cindy
