Guest guest
A question for those Surfacehippies with Dr. De Smet. Days after receiving my wonderful new hip, the kind doctor gave me an insurance form (already filled out) for his surgical services (together with the bill cited in Euro) and two additional bills (one for Administrative Cost and the other for Physical Therapy/Nursing Care at the hotel. Submitting Dr. De Smet's surgical bill to my insurance company is a no brainer. But, did anyone submit the Administrative and/or Physical Therapy/Nursing Care bills to their insurance company as well? Did you attach an insurance form to these additional charges? And did anybody consequently receive reimbursements for these costs? Have a gut feeling that my insurance company would deny " Administrative Costs. " However, Physical Therapy/Nursing costs should be allowed, in my opinion. Where would be without the help of Marc and Jan? Just for the record, have United HealthCare and Blue Cross of New York. Thank You for your help... K. r/BHR De Smet Feb 3rd,
