1) Check the company website.

2) Call and ask the receptionist or personnel department

3) Ask in the interview process - it's an absolutely valid question. You

should always ask about benefits in an interview, EDS or not.

I checked the site; it looks like it might be something from using ppo's.

Would something that is on the east coast cover places on the east coast?

With a large insurance company like this do claims go to the company or

directly to the insurance when submitting? If an adult pays for another

adult; is the payer allowed to see the claim; dx and doctor?
