Hi ,

Dr. De Smet told me that the hospital was supposed to provide a

complete translation of the bill. But since they didn't, I

translated as much of the bill as I could using the hospital-provided

translation guide. For the portions I couldn't translate (the cover

letter and the footnotes at the end of the bill), I contacted the

hosptial via e-mail (& by phone just to make sure they received my e-

mail) and asked them to finish the translation for me. They e-mailed

their translation to me about a week later.
