Guest guest
Hello Belgium Surfacehippies, Just received my insurance document from Jan Palfijn Hospital for my BHR implant. It is six pages, both sides, and appears to be in Flemish with the exception of the last page which is in English. It states, " We sincerely regret not to be able to send you an invoice in your language at the moment. We hope this translation list will help you to fully understand the bill. " Dozens of words are translated into English on this final page. Is this what it means to have our hospital bill translated to English? ...or can Hugo provide us with an actual full translation. Does anyone know if Blue Cross would accept this. Thanks Much! (NYC) r/BHR Feb 3rd,

Guest guest
Hi Jim, It definitely sounds like a very good strategy to follow. At the very least may also win the hearts of my insurance administrators as they see how conscientious I have become. (smile) Less work for them. Thank you for your suggestion. > Hi , > > Dr. De Smet told me that the hospital was supposed to provide a > complete translation of the bill. Guest guest
Hi , I had my right hip resurfaced on 3/3/04 by the Good Doctor. On his last visit at the Holiday Inn he said that his arrangement with Jan Palfijn Hospital includes their providing the hospital bill in English. If they sent the bill in Flemish, he said to e-mail him directly and he would get on their case! I've not received a bill yet, but maybe next month, judging by the timeframe of yours.
