In regards to this issue, it seems that this must be a national issue since we have the same problem in Kentucky. I do not beleive it is a seasonal thing, since I have been keeping stats on this issue for two years.

The average has been that the daily incarcerations average about 60% alcohol related offenses of Latino migrant/farmworkers.
