Trip Itinerary Update

At the moment, we are in Fairfax, Virginia, getting ready to take a

leisurely drive this afternoon toward the Philadelphia area.

I will send off-list emails to the folks on the stop-by list as well

since I need to fine-tune exact time estimates with people. I also

need to check with the Canadian stops to verify which makes the most

sense in terms of sequence, so there will possibly/probably be minor

adjustments there. The itinerary is also subject to change depending

on people being available on the days we will be going through their

area. But at the moment, this is what the balance of the trip looks

like.

From the 13th through the 19th, we will be home getting things

caught up around the place and getting the RV serviced. Plans are

to hit the road again by the 20th. That trip will be down through

California, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas. Plans are to return to

Seattle on the 4th of November and to then be home for 4-5 months.

I will put out a more detailed itinerary on that trip after we get

back home on the 8th.

Start with my " Conference Post " and then follow up with some of the posts from

folks I have seen along the way. Keep an open mind when you do

because some of it is a bit difficult to accept if you don't. All I can tell

you is that every bit of it is real.

When I first came across this on the list I thought it was a bunch of " hoo-ee "

Needless to say, I found IT WORKS!

I've been able to decrease the amoung of pain meds I've been taking since

starting this, and it's a whole lot easier than PT, etc.

I've been able to do some of this on myself, and also have helped my neighbor

out with pain and coldness in her hand from an ulnar nerve entrapment.

It's even worked on her dog, and it did on my cat too.

If any one told me a year ago I'd believe this stuff worked, I would thought

they were really off the wall. Love,
