Guest guest
As the title suggests Ihave had the tests done on my knee and shoulder these last couple of weeks. I had my knee x-rayed and the results showed " minimal joint space narrowing of the medical joint space " . And the shoulder I had a MRA (MRI + Arthrogram)which showed " a small joint surface partial thickness tear of the supraspinatus tendon. Also " the anterior inferior labram is thickened with contrast passing between the labrum and the articular cartliage, consistant with a tear " and also " there is some irregularity of the anterior capsule consistnat with synovitis " . So I guess there is a good reason why my shoulder is so painful and I also guess this proves to my OS that my shoulder is again unstable and dislocating again. I also founf out that during one of my recent ER trips where my shoulder dislocated 3 times in one day (twice inthe 1st visit and once again about 1 hr after gettinghome). I thought all episodes were anterior but it turns out the 1st was anterior and the 2nd (post reduction of the 1st) was posterior and the next was anterior as well (with the x-rays showing no problems). Just thought that I would let all know what has been going on. Sharon
