hi i am very well 2 weeks ago i spent 5 hours walking around blue water with

the kids without to much of a problem can cycle 3 or 4 miles quite hard it

does get stiff after sitting for a few steps but it is slowly improving

every day

Wonderful, I am so pleased (for both of us! - me for the relief of a good result

from Mr H). As soon as I see a slight deterioration with me I will go and get

in the queue. We have booked a week on Ullswater first week June - that should

be a good test of the status quo. If I have more problems than I have at home

with normal dog walks etc I will try and start things.

Wonderful, I am so pleased (for both of us! - me for the relief of a good result
