SEEKING ADVICE

I am 69, diagnosed in 1984....in a power chair for last 7 years. From waist up almost normal. still drive (hand controls, ramp van)...

Have developed spinal trouble ..cannot lie down flat....I am horrified of getting "Pressure Sores"....does anyone have advice for cushions ? .. Or any other means to avoid ?...Have used "Roho" unsuccessfully..Thank you.

Just keep moving....to avoid sores....gave me good exercises from my chair....Back is improving..

Thank you...I am improcing...A Roho is an air cushion for wheelchair users....Best medicine is frequent repositioning and movement, movement, ovement..
