Guest guest
Hi Just before I read your last email I was at the movies watching that 21 grams......... It leaves one much to be grateful for in that it is our hips and not our hearts that give us bother, that our replacements are but metal and we don't have to consume vast quantities of anti rejection drugs daily. i.e. I'll take a few metal ions any day to the side affects of those anti rejection drugs.............. And even though I may have unexpected panic attacks at the sight of someone being prepared for surgery I can again this life time sit upright in a chair for 2 hrs to watch a movie without needing painkillers , and later go walk up and down the pavement for 5 mins just to celebrate that I can do so with barely a limp these days........... thankfully I have tolerant friends who watch this sort of behaviour with amusement..............and some understanding........... It seems too that something is moving in my back/pelvic alignment at last which I don't quite understand but seems to be unlocking the whole back/pelvis area and letting me walk more freely and sit with a curve in my back etc........... It seems that if one can strengthen muscles etc to some point they will all automatically rearrange things to rightful positioning of bones and spine ............. So more little gains to celebrate............and demonstrates that there seems to be few ends time wise to fixing up these things...........
