I saw it but as a homeschooler I think there were some requirements (like you have to have kid who gets school lunches) that I don't meet.

Akiba, That requirement (kid who has free/reduced school lunches) is actually based on food stamp eligibility, or near food stamp eligibility - it could be that if you do receive food stamps, you can provide proof of that, or if you don't, you could provide proof of income showing that you would be in the reduced lunch eligibility range (I think reduced lunch is up to 200% of the poverty level).
