Guest guest
I sent my preceeding post without the knowledge of your cancellation. I really was hoping JRI would have a chance to gain your trust. But the good news is, there is a long list of outstanding surgeons who are equally as qualified, and it is entirely possible that you will be far more comfortable with your next move if they respond as you would like them too. Like someone posted to you yesterday, things often happen for a reason. Talk to Cindy about Dr. boyd in Oregon, thats where I would have gone as my next choice. And it was only the incompatability of the components (should I need to go to a THR at a later date) that kept me from going to see DR. DeSmet in Belgium. I have heard NOTHING but praise from his patients, and he was very very considerate and attentive to me during my investigational phase. Call me if you want, I know you are spun right now. But remember, there are so many great alternatives to explore....and you need not worry about " if " ...but only " when " . Guest guest
Hi I was just reading your reply to Don, and stumbled across your comment about Dr. De Smet. You mentioned that you didn't go to him b/c of the incompatibility of components should you need thr later on. What components for thr do you mean? Do you mean the thr femur side fitting with the acetabular resurface cup? Are there other resurfacing devices that are compatible with thr? I am going to De Smet for resurfacing on June 16. I am still learning more each day, and getting more anxious. Greg Roche gabacho@...> wrote: I sent my preceeding post without the knowledge of your cancellation.
