Guest guest
Would a TENS machine help? Wondering. A friend uses one for her fibromyalgia spasms. spasm/stiffness in my back I'm having that tight, stiff spasm feeling in my lower back. I can't seem to relax my back and it feels like it's permanently ached. Who knows that feeling? Probably everyone! lol Hopefully the spasmy back is due to the pie dough I made today (enough for 10 pies). I made two pumpkin pies and two apple pies. My daughter-in-law used the rest of the dough. My 14 year old granddaughter told me she wanted to learn to make pie dough and pies. I had a lot of fun teaching her. She made her very own first ever pie dough. It turned out perfectly! In the morning I will get up early and make the stuffing. My son will do the rest with the turkey probably. hugs SharonThis email is a natural hand made product. Guest guest
.... that is a good suggestion and actually I used to have a TENS machine but I gave it to my daughter when I moved to Alaska. I knew I wasn't going to have electricity there so there would be no way to use it. Now that I'm back in Arizona we live off-grid, so no power company electricity here either;)hugs to you SharonThis email is a natural hand made product. Guest guest
My back did feel better when I got up yesterday morning. Thank goodness! I got up about 5 a.m. and drank my cup of morning cocoa then started chopping celery and onions for the turkey stuffing. I finished making the stuffing and had it ready for my son so he could get the turkey in the oven. His wife generally avoids the kitchen but my son is an excellent cook. He makes better turkey gravy than I ever have:)hugs SharonThis email is a natural hand made product. Guest guest
MargaretPie making is very hard on our backs, isn't it? Mine hurt so bad Wednesday after pie dough/pie making that I made a decision. If my granddaughter's can't make the pie dough then I'm going to buy pre-made crusts or dough. I have always make a bunch of pies for Thanksgiving but I do feel it's time to pass that on to someone else;)How is your back doing today, Margaret?hugs SharonThis email is a natural hand made product.
