Guest guest
Wow Sharon, I'm sorry you had a bad night. Poor puppy dog, too. Do you think they could have gotten into something outside?Tina I had a headache come on before bed, took tylenol and waited til that helped before going to bed. When I have that particular type of headache it hurts worse when I lay down. Then I woke to my dog, Yippy, throwing up about 1 a.m. I got up, got him outside, cleaned up his mess, lay down and waited for him. He finally wanted back in. I went to sleep for about a half hour and we did it all over again. I had to let him out 6 times from 1 a.m. to 5:30 a.m. Each time I had to clean up after him. Poor Yippy! He threw up again about 8:30 this morning but so far it hasn't happened again. Yet. But my granddaughter's dog, Rosy, has thrown up twice. I don't know what is upsetting their tummies. I felt like like crud when I got up at 5:30 this morning. I'm babying Yippy today and I hope whatever was ailing his is over with so I can sleep tonight! hugs SharonThis email is a natural hand made product. Guest guest
I have been trying this TAPPING for my back and it does seem to work. Thus came to me today about sleep and thought I’d pass it on. Have a look. Sleep. It should be easy right? You’re tired, time to go to bed, sleep...But all too often, the restless mind, the anxious thoughts, the stress, getsin the way of deep, restful sleep.Various studies have linked sleep deficitswith poor work performance, drivingaccidents, relationship problems, andmood problems like anger and depression. And a growing list of health risks have beendocumented in recent studies, like heartdisease, diabetes and obesity. So what’s the solution?Well, EFT works VERY well to promotedeep, restful sleep. Don’t take my word for it, listen to thisf.r.e.e. audio, do the tapping and thenyou can report back on how much betteryou slept, how much more energy youhave, and how great you feel!www.thetappingsolution.com/blog/deep-restful-sleep/(as a gift to you, we’ve pulled this audioout of our “Tapping Insiders Club†for alimited time, so listen now! Guest guest
Hi Sharon,…so sorry to hear you had a bad night. If I don’t get enough sleep I end up with a headache, and hurt a lot more. I was thinking about what could have made your dogs sick, and thought maybe they had found some “cat fritters”. All 3 of my dogs scoured the flower beds to find such delectable treats, and then promptly got sick and threw up for a day or so. So maybe it was something like that? I know ewwwwww, but you can usually smell their breath to see if that is what they ate. Hope you feel rested tonight, and feel better.
