Ask about the " Snoozelen Room. " You will find that there is a wealth of

information at Bloorview about sensory integration and coping strategies.

Your O.T. should be able to help make those connections.

To learn more about it yourself take a look at the book called " The Out of

Sync Child " it explains the syndrom and coping strategies. The o.t. should

also be able to provide an inventory survey to assess the level of sensory

needs.
