C-shift Paramedic Class, A-shift EMT, & Night EMT

Brookhaven College EMS Program, located at 3939 Valley View Lane, Farmers

Branch, Texas 75234 is now enrolling for Fall classes.

 

The only college in the Dallas County Community College District to offer the

A.A.S. in Paramedicine & is now taking applicants for:

- Paramedic Class 27, C-shifts, 8a-5p, August 19, 2010-June 15, 2011.  Clinical

rotations at all (3) Level 1 Trauma Centers in Dallas, Cadaver lab, Wilderness

Rescue Day, Vehicle Extrication and Helicopter LZ Day.

 

-EMT Class 58, A-shifts, 8a-5p, August 20, 2010-November 8, 2010. 

-EMT Class 59, Nights, 6p-10p, August-December, 2010.

Clinical rotations at Plano's Level 2 Trauma Center.

 

All classes are held in the year-old Building-X state-of-the-art classrooms &

labs, featuring Gaumard, (3) adult and (3) pediatric,

human-patient-simulators, Stryker stretchers and Stryker Stair-chairs, Life-pak

12, , and Zoll 12-lead monitors, our ambulance simulator, and

scene-practice room.

 

-Paramedic In-county tuition, fees, and books:  $2500.00

-Brookhaven College honors the Professional Firefighters' exemption from tuition

opinion from the Office of Attorney General of Texas:  GA-0397.
