Sorry for the delay in replying, as we were on holiday. It sounds like

you have been having a dreadful time. Did you have any pain-free/ok

time with your BHR? In other words, do you think the problem (whatever

it will turn out to be) has been there from the beginning, or has only

developed later? How discouraging.

It is hard for me to know if my variable aches and pains are about

something problematic, or are just slow healing, muscle adjusting ones.

Naturally, I hope for the latter. My walking is improving. I am now

trying some acupuncture for the pains, which, as I said before, do vary.

It is this that keeps me more hopeful about the 'adjusting' hypothesis.
