the couple were in the storm cellar and the tree fell on the storm cellar door - it was north and west of us - we got rain and thunderstorms starting around 9 - 10 pm on the west side and around 5 ish am this morning

no deaths - it was a bear - more spring than winter

 

rain and thunderstorms I can't sleep through - earthquakes I do - go figure - a Whit thang I guess

Officials say an agriculture office was destroyed and other buildings damaged as tornadoes touched down in southwestern Oklahoma. No injuries were reported in Monday's storms. Tillman County emergency management director Rector said an Oklahoma State University extension field office was destroyed, a home and a hay barn were damaged, and a storm chaser's vehicle was overturned. Rector said the residents of a home two miles south of Tipton were trapped after their house was damaged. They were eventually rescued and suffered no injuries. The damaged buildings were between Tipton and Frederick. Rector says the storm chaser whose vehicle was overturned got into another vehicle and continued on the chase.
