I think it concerns the fact that the disorder does not fall under certain

headings so the doctor must show that it hits certain areas: (for instance a

certain amount of nerve pain) etc. As I recall (and it has been awhile

since I have checked into it); the doctor must say certain words; that you

absolutely cannot work, that you have a certain amount of disability in key

areas. (maybe I will remember after I have enough coffee)

I agree- bet if the Judge had it, it would be enough-
