something else that can really make

a difference is washing your hands. Once I tok my BG, it was a tad

hi, I went and washed my hands, re-tested and it was 40 pt

lower...so now I always remember to wash!!

Usually

when I have a big lunch which for me was Nacho Cheese

chulupa and mexi-tators, I have a small dinner.

Tonight it was an English muffin toasted with deli

turkey, and a side of peaches. My blood sugar has been

high for the last few days and I’m not sure why. Even

with having what I did for lunch I’ve had before and

it doesn’t affect my b/s that much. So nothing has

changed except maybe the hotter weather, and extra

pain/inflammation? There doesn’t seem to be any rhyme

or reason to why it spikes when it does especially if

nothing I’ve done is different. I hate the thought of

having to go on meds. Also I can take my readings from

3 different fingers and get 3 different numbers,

what’s up with that?

Oh

well, everyone’s dinners sounded wonderful.

Hugs

Jackie
