You may surprise yourself. Progress seems to come quite rapidly after

the two week mark. I think that I probably managed about 100m on

day 7 (the day after I got home, and insisted on making it to the

end of the block and back), so you're doing twice as well as I was

at this point. Just stay within your comfort zone while you heal

up.
