Guest guest
Yes indeed as far as syncope. Now, about the T waves, how pronounced are they? Looking like hyperkalemic T's? If the flutter is causing ischemia, then T waves could be flipped, or changed in morphology. Look for symmetrical T waves. They are not supposed to be symmetrical. If you can draw a line down the center and both sides are exactly the same (mirror image) this can be a sign of ischemia or one of the first signs of injury. Also the rate and ratio of the flutter can cause changes. Hope you're doing well. I miss you. You were such a good student. Gene A Flutter Is syncope associated to the onset of A Flutter and are Pronounced T waves possible? Other vitals found to be within normal limits. Guest guest
I'm still in Tucson. I decided not to teach the next course since the drive back and forth is just too much. Don and Neil Gago will be teaching most if it, but I may teach a few parts of it. Another reason is that I won't be around forever and we need to develop some new experienced instructors. I am now working with PERCOM.com, an online program and enjoying it a lot. I have over 70 students from all over the world, several in Afghanistan and Iraq and deployed elsewhere and civilians all over the country. It's lots of fun. I taught an instructor course at Cochise back in September and had 40 students. That was fun also. I might do another one after the first of the year. But I have no plans to leave Tucson. I love my little compound up here in the foothills. I have a feeling you'll probably be seeing this patient again.
