Guest guest
Thanks n,……do you know what the difference is between serum and plasma results? I know that plasma is the blood, but is serum the urine? Or is it another blood test? A little confusing. I haven’t heard back from my Dr., so I am assuming she doesn’t think there is any urgency. She mails my test results so she may write what the next step will be. I was looking at all the foods that have copper in them, and the most troubling one for me is CHOCOLATE!! ACK!!! How will I ever give up my beloved chocolate? L Oh yeah, my Vit. D was still too low. I take 1000 UI a day, and the nurse talked about a sublingual D to take instead. It’s come up from the last readings, so maybe I can just double the 1000 instead. Don’t know where to get sublingual D, unless she writes a ‘script for it? Sharon, it WAS great news about the Celiac being negative because my Aunt tested positive for it, and my son has gone gluten free and says he feels much better. Now all I have to do is get to the DENTIST as my crown has come loose and causing me grief. Pain, more pain when I eat! UGH……….:-( Hugs to both of you, Jackie J From: MSersLife [mailto:MSersLife ] On Behalf Of marion j rojasSent: Thursday, July 21, 2011 2:18 PMTo: MSersLife Subject: Re: My test results - for Jackie: a LINK http://www.medicalhealthtests.com/pathology-test/serum-copper-test.htmlInformative article about the significance of high copper levels at above link.Fingers crossed,nSubject: Re: My test resultsTo: " MSersLife " <MSersLife >Date: Thursday, July 21, 2011, 11:18 AM I'm so glad you don't " get " to add Celiac to your list of diseases! Thank goodness:) I don't know what the elevated copper level means but I'm sure someone here will. big hugs SharonThis email is a natural hand made product. But my copper levels were way high. My Dr. is doing some research on why that may be. I have had slight elevations in my liver enzymes for years, but this is the first time that my copper was tested and came back high. Anyone knows what this might mean?Jackie
