Guest guest
When I called for the results, the nurse told me everything looked " perfect " . Then why do my actual results show Oteopenia in the lumbar spine of -1.6? It's not horrible, but it's not perfect either. DEXA Results Guidelines: Normal bone mineral density: T-score greater than -1.0 Osteopenia: T-score -1.0 to -2.5 Osteoporosis: T-score more negative than -2.5 My results: Lumbar Spine -1.6 (Osteopenia) Hip +0.4 (Normal) *sigh* Just another reason to ALWAYS get copies of your lab results and KNOW how to interpret the results YOURSELF! -Barb
